Oversee daily work for electronic technicians
Inspection of printed circuit boards for manufacturers’ quality
Testing of printed circuit boards using automatic and manual testers
Troubleshooting and repairing printed circuit boards to the component level
Light mechanical assembly

Requirements

• 2-year Electronics Degree including 1+ year leading a team in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with SMT and thru-hole repairs and rework; proficient soldering skills required
• Experience repairing printed circuit boards to the component level
• Ability to use an oscilloscope and DMM; mechanically inclined preferred
• Working knowledge of PCs and Microsoft Windows
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of serial communications a plus
