About The Position

Pratt Miller is a product development company in motorsports, defense, and mobility industries providing clients with product engineering and low-volume production solutions. Our range of research & development, engineering, prototype manufacturing, test & validation, and low-rate production capability help our customers bring their high-quality products to market faster. The Electronics Lab (Elab) Technician III utilizes advanced technical skills, tools, and extensive knowledge of defined standard operating procedures to complete assignments with minimal supervision. This role provides guidance and instruction to less experienced technicians and applies practical experience to determine effective build methods and develop improved work processes. This position supports the development of prototype and concept vehicles, with a strong focus on vehicle electrification, autonomous vehicle systems, and unmanned vehicle platforms. The Elab Technician III works closely with engineering teams to construct, test, troubleshoot, and refine electrical systems used in advanced vehicle development programs.
