About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide leave coverage at an elementary school in Lacey, Washington. Requirements

• Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification (C’s) required
• ESA certification can be expedited if needed
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) will not be considered

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary school students
• Conduct evaluations and assessments as needed
• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals
• Adhere to school and district policies, procedures, and professional standards
