About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Elementary Teacher for third grade, to educate and inspire young minds at our Catholic school. The ideal candidate will create a positive learning environment, develop lesson plans, and implement a curriculum that reflects our commitment to the Catholic faith. We are looking for an active, participating member of the Catholic Church who can instill these values in our students.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Valid teaching certification for elementary education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons
• Knowledge of educational technology tools
• Experience working with elementary school students

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and integrate Catholic teachings
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that reflects Catholic values
• Assess and monitor student progress, incorporating faith-based assessments
• Communicate effectively with parents, incorporating Catholic values in communication
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to promote a Catholic school community
• Participate in professional development opportunities to further understanding of Catholic education
• Maintain accurate student records and grades
• Uphold school policies and procedures to ensure a safe and faith-filled learning environment
