About The Position

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members. Assist attendants with the guest dining experience, including delivering food to dine-in and takeout guests. Complete any tasks assigned by the Shift Manager, Chef, or Supervisor. Clear and reset tables in accordance with venue standards. Ensure each table is properly prepared for guest arrival. Greet newly seated guests in a timely and pleasant manner and support attendants in expediting table service. Pick up orders from the kitchen and deliver to guests accurately and efficiently. Monitor tables to assess guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and maintain a clean dining environment. Restock and clean assigned stations at the end of each shift in compliance with Department of Health standards. Attend pre-shift meetings and departmental training sessions. Maintain regular and consistent attendance. Collaborate effectively with all restaurant team members to ensure smooth operations. Compile and submit reports as required. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, gaming laws, and regulations. Perform all job duties in a safe, responsible manner while keeping areas clean and free of hazards. Meet uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements, including wearing slip-resistant safety shoes. Perform other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum of six months of relevant restaurant or hospitality experience preferred. Must be able to earn and maintain a current Food Handler’s Card. Must be able to acquire and maintain an appropriate gaming license. Ability to earn and maintain RBS Certification within 60 days of employment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and tolerate exposure to secondhand smoke, loud noise, and bright lights. Must be able to respond to visual and auditory cues and work in confined areas. Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy. Flexible to work all shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, bend, twist, and use hands to handle or operate tools and equipment. Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds. Must be able to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and maneuver in small or confined spaces. WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment is typically loud and fast-paced. Team members may be exposed to secondhand tobacco smoke and crowded conditions.
