Realistic earnings well over $100,000+ Job Summary: The Emergency Response Coordinator responds to emergency leads in real time and works closely with residential and commercial customers to coordinate mitigation and construction services. You’ll serve as a trusted first point of contact — listening, assessing needs, and helping property owners take the next steps toward recovery. Our company uses real-time emergency lead notification services. Leads are provided directly to you, and you’ll monitor and respond promptly. The focus is on connecting with homeowners, property managers, or authorized decision-makers and helping them understand and move forward with SERVPRO Team Wall services when appropriate. This role requires reliable availability and timely response within your geographic area. Because emergencies can happen at any time, the position includes an on-call component, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
