About The Position

AEC Medical Transport & Rapid Response is a leading private ambulance service specializing in inter-facility transport. We are looking for dedicated and skilled Emergency Vehicle Operator (EVO) to join our professional team and help us continue delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

• Graduation From High School or equivalent
• Must be at least 19 years old or older at time of hire for insurance purposes
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to drive company vehicles with a clean driving record
• Successful completion of a state sponsored EVOC course.
• Current AHA BLS CPR or ability to obtain within 10 days of hire
• Ability to provide quality patient care within scope of practice
• Ability to pass a lift test of 150 – 200 pounds
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to speak, read, and write English

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care and medical transportation in both emergency and non-emergency settings.
• Respond promptly and professionally to calls, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Operate and maintain ambulance equipment according to company protocols and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, dispatchers, and first responders.
• Uphold AEC’s core values in all aspects of the job, ensuring professionalism and ethical conduct.
