We are seeking a skilled and motivated Emergency Vehicle Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and customization of emergency vehicles, ensuring they are ready for any situation.IBIS Emergency Vehicles is a leading provider of high-quality emergency response vehicles. We are dedicated to ensuring that our vehicles meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a vehicle technician, preferably with emergency vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on emergency vehicles, including ambulances, fire trucks, and police cars.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Install and configure emergency equipment such as lights, sirens, and communication systems.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure all vehicles comply with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
