Requirements

Must hold a nationally recognized fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE).
Proven ability to lead a team and a deep passion for the fitness industry.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with Orangetheory Fitness or other boutique fitness brands is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead from the Floor: Coach 15-20 classes weekly across both locations to directly elevate the member experience.
Mentor & Develop: Act as a lead mentor for coaches, providing ongoing training in fitness instruction and sales conversion techniques.
Team Excellence: Cultivate a high-performing culture focused on member results and community engagement.
Multi-Site Oversight: Ensure operational excellence and team success across two boutique fitness studios.
Administrative Lead: Manage essential day-to-day operations, including scheduling, payroll processing, and hiring.
Business Growth: Drive studio performance by aligning coaching excellence with membership retention and sales goals.
