In this role, you will have ownership over the planning, project management, creation, and maintenance of the client relationship and the solutions need to enhance and optimize client success and workforce readiness. You will manage all aspects of the client engagement process to ensure it is telling a story that aligns with the financial goals of employers, employees, and our company. The ideal candidate will be a true advocate of the growth of the business while also being high touch and hands on with the client. A requirement of analytical and mathematical aptitude is key. This position requires a consultative approach to customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who can manage the client’s needs strategically and offer recommendations. We are high performing producers not order takers, we need people who thrive under pressure and chaos and who can work collectively to improve processes, procedures to ensure a high level of execution. We are looking for a go getter, team member who understand the balance of getting it done while consulting and managing clients in achieving success. Though, our preference is for those who have a depth of knowledge in benefits management, administration, and financial planning. We are willing to train highly technical folks on the strategic aspects of the benefit strategy coupled with the financial positioning we offer for our clients and their employees. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be resourceful, able to figure things out with little guidance, high level problem solver and dynamic in their approach.
