A prominent insurance brokerage in Orange County is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager for its Select Business Unit. Requirements

  • 3+ years of Account Management experience servicing small groups
  • Active California Life and Health License
  • Ease, Employee Navigator, BenefitPoint, MS Office Suite
  • Understanding of insurance markets, products, rating systems, and underwriting processes
  • Occasional travel required

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring the accurate and timely processing and documentation of policies
  • Communicate with marketing representatives to market and service clients
  • Request policy changes to the insurance company
  • Create and market Request for Proposals
  • Compile and present insurance plan summaries for clients
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to execute wellness programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ACA, ERISA, FMLA, and the MHPAEA
