Position Summary With some guidance and/or direction, leads client service primarily on small clients, most of which are fully insured. Follows a well-established and familiar set of activities and/or process supports clients with day-to-day servicing, quoting, renewal and carrier implementation. May deliver renewal messaging to some clients. Supports between $400K to $600K in EB revenue.

Requirements

Proficient knowledge of fully insured ACA plans.
Proficient in Word and Excel
Proficient in BenefitPoint and Perfect Quote, Quoting tools and WIA EB Workflows.
Proficient in facilitating SBU renewal, carrier implementations, and open enrollments meetings.
Must hold state life and health insurance license
