• Interested in consultative benefits strategies
• Insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Build trusted advisory relationships with employers and Iowa school districts
• Lead discovery conversations around benefits strategy and cost containment
• Present funding solutions including level-funded, self-funded, and RBP models
• Develop new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
• Grow and manage your own book of business
