The Employee Benefits Specialist supports the administration and day-to-day operations of employee benefit programs. This role manages benefit enrollments, maintains benefits data in the HRIS, responds to employee inquiries, and coordinates with vendors to ensure accurate and timely benefits administration. This role supports the administration of benefits programs for a mid-sized healthcare organization and partners closely with HR leadership, payroll, and external benefits vendors to ensure effective program delivery. The Benefits Specialist also supports regulatory compliance, assists with open enrollment, and contributes to employee wellness and wellbeing initiatives through communication, committee participation, and program support.
