An overview of this position entails… This position is responsible for coordinating and executing employee experience events and initiatives, organizational recognition efforts, and employee communications. This position is responsible for completing many administrative duties that support the employee experience.

  • Excellent event planning and logistics execution skills including planning, organizing, implementing, and executing large scale internal events
  • Expert level organization and follow up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, events, details, systems, and follow-ups with consistency and balance daily tasks with big events
  • Strong calendar and scheduling management
  • Strong administrative coordination and record management
  • Can operate a motor vehicle
  • Two years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid Colorado Driver’s License

Responsibilities

  • Lead and partner with internal teams to plan, coordinate, and execute major internal employee experience events that reinforce Hilltop culture.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve employee experience systems and platforms to be current, organized, and effective for end users including maintaining accurate records, tracking, and reporting of events and initiatives.
  • Maintain regular, clear communication to employees about employee experience programs, events, opportunities across multiple channels.
  • Coordinate the operational success of employee recognition initiatives and efforts to ensure employees feel seen, valued, and celebrated.
  • Support the delivery of employee experience initiatives through strong coordination, communication, administrative support, follow through, and dependable systems.
  • Develop and maintain templates, checklists, toolkits, and repeatable processes so employee experience work is consistent, scalable, and transferable.
