Opportunity Overview Rhythm seeks an innovative and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team as an Employee Experience Manager. This dynamic and highly collaborative role has a global impact, partnering across all levels throughout the organization. The role will be responsible for managing, evolving and executing key activities that contribute to a meaningful employee experience including: onboarding, recognition programs, engagement surveys, inclusion & belonging initiatives. The individual will report to the VP, People & Culture and is based in the Boston office.
