Employee Experience Manager Job Details: Exhibit the core values of the company and contribute to building and supporting the culture of the organization. Provide customer service and coordinate responsibilities associated with onboarding new employees to the organizations managers and supervisors, creating a seamless transition for new hires in the organization. Perform employee orientation presentation and other onboarding processes for new hires ensuring new employees have a positive and informative experience from their first day Assist in the maintenance of Personnel Files, I-9s, DOT and medical files. Coordinate non-exempt training programs, mentorship initiatives, and leadership development opportunities with the Director of Leadership. Work closely with managers, supervisors, and employees to improve relationships, work environment, retention, and build morale by developing and implementing recognition and reward systems to celebrate individual and team achievements. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions Diagnose issues contributing to turnover and finding opportunities, taking necessary action to bring timely resolution. Provide guidance, coaching, and consultation regarding leading people and organizational management practices to develop site people leaders. Assist in managing the company performance management process, coordinate, and compose performance management documentation while promoting transparency in company policies, procedures, and decision making. Address and resolve employee concerns in a timely and professional manner. Partner with the HR Director and Director of Leadership to deploy programs that promote employee growth, learning and career development. Partner with the Director of Marketing and Communications to develop and deploy social media strategy. Assist in the administration of compliance processes for HR and Safety laws including equal employment, affirmative action, ADA, FMLA, Cobra, OSHA, DOT, workers compensation and other relevant employment laws. Work cooperatively with the HR Director and HR team to assist with office administrative duties and functions as necessary. Monday through Friday with occasional nights and weekends as business demands. $50,000 - $55,000 Salary/year depending on experience.
