Employee Experience Specialist
About The Position
The Employee Experience Specialist is responsible for the measurement, evaluation, and optimization of employee experience programs and initiatives across Morgan Properties. This role applies analytics with a people-centric approach to generate meaningful insights and guide initiatives that support and strengthen culture-driven employee experience. This position serves as a strategic partner to HR, Operations, and business leaders by transforming employee experience data into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement, strengthen cultural alignment, and support retention and performance outcomes. This is a hybrid role based out of our office in Conshohocken, PA.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Analytics, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in HR analytics, program evaluation, workforce analytics, or employee engagement measurement.
- Strong statistical and data analysis capabilities, including experience working with large datasets and survey data.
- Experience building dashboards and executive reports using analytics or visualization tools.
- Ability to connect workforce data with business performance outcomes.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-making through data.
- High attention to detail, analytical rigor, and commitment to confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated understanding of digital workplace platforms, experience management software, and data visualization tools
