This position is responsible to coordinate the activities of the occupational health and safety program. Participates in Quality Improvement and Infection Control activities. Monitors occupational health activities and maintains records including but not limited to: vaccinations, Quantiferon testing, fit testing, occupational exposures and worker’s compensation. The individual in this position will be required to fully understand the purpose and operation of Occupational Health and Safety and Infection Control along with having the ability to make decisions based on sound judgment when a situation dictates. This position requires confidentiality of personnel records, reports, and matters sensitive to the Human Resources Department. This position is a full-time position working Monday-Friday from 6:30am-3:00pm.
