About The Position
What does an Employment Specialist - Job Coach do? This Job Coach position supports people working in the community in competitive employment. They assist the person to maintain a job through on-site visits and other workplace supports. Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED is required
- Ability to work flexible hours is required
- A valid NYS driver's license that meets Agency standards is required
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory and Human Service experience preferred
- Experience in grounds maintenance, housekeeping, and/or Janitorial work preferred
