Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Human Services or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with people with disabilities
• Or a combination of education and experience equivalent to the above
• Valid NYS Driver's License with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized job coaching and support to people receiving employment services.
• Encourage skill-building, independence, and workplace inclusion.
• Partner with employers to promote successful job placements and retention.
• Assist in career planning and goal-setting for individuals seeking employment.
