About The Position

As an ENGIE Energy Marketing Rotational Program Employee, you will participate in a dynamic, two-year rotational opportunity designed to provide extensive experience across the lifecycle of energy management giving you exposure and understanding of Market Analytics, Trading, Origination, Structuring, Trade Operations, Risk, and Credit. The program consists of four rotations, each lasting six months. As the Rotational Program participant, you will ensure compliance with ENGIE’s internal guidelines and industry standards across all stages of energy management. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, delivering quality solutions. You will also independently manage responsibilities within each rotation while contributing proactively to team objectives and project goals. As a Rotational Program participant, you will Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand and anticipate the market; Conduct market research and analyze data in order to support the team’s success; Serve as a key resource by creating pitch books; Conduct market and company research to identify opportunities; Support the team in designing transactions and client proposals; Gain an understanding of and assist with trading activities; Work with the risk and credit teams in order to gain a full deal lifecycle knowledge; Engage in algorithm design; What You’ll Bring A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required. The Rotational Program is aimed at skilling recent graduates with real skills to make an impact at ENGIE. Additional Details This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy, you are required to work from the Houston, TX US headquartered office; Must comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies.
