Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related major, or with field experience
Proficient with MS Office and Outlook, Procore/SharePoint preferred
Attention to detail, professional, organized, critical thinker, inquisitive, multi-tasker
Work independently, as well as cooperatively as part of a team
Sitting for extended periods of time
Ability to work in a standard office environment
Mobility to job sites, and able to climb ladders

Nice To Haves

Previously completed mechanical courses is a plus, interest in energy and sustainability.

Responsibilities

Work with Owner Sales staff to assist with estimates and proposal writing
Work with Project Developers for scope development
Work with Owner Sales staff to assist in pre-bid job setup
Assist with managing opportunity collateral including estimate and proposal, subcontractor & vendor quotes, equipment selections & qualified utility rebates and savings calculations
Assist with coordinating subcontractors, scheduling & attending jobsite surveys
Additional duties as assigned
