About The Position

The Engagement and Analytics Manager is responsible for driving global employee engagement initiatives, total rewards reporting, benefits insights, compensation trends analysis, and other related areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR analytics, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for enhancing employee experience through strategic insights.

Requirements

  • Understanding of HR Analytics: Proficiency in analyzing HR data, metrics, and trends to derive insights and make data-driven decisions related to employee engagement, total rewards, benefits, and compensation.
  • Employee Engagement Strategies: Knowledge of best practices in developing and implementing global employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
  • Total Rewards Management: Familiarity with total rewards programs, including compensation structures, benefits packages, recognition programs, and performance incentives, to drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or other HRIS systems to manipulate, visualize, and interpret HR data for reporting and decision-making purposes.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex data and insights to stakeholders, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams in a clear and concise manner.
  • Industry Trends Awareness: Stay informed on emerging trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in the field of HR analytics, employee engagement, total rewards, and compensation to continuously improve strategies and programs.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics insights into HR initiatives effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify challenges, opportunities, and areas for improvement in employee engagement, rewards programs, and compensation practices, and develop innovative solutions based on data-driven insights.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics to inform decision-making

  • Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and enhance employee experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with HR business partners, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to integrate analytics insights into HR initiatives and drive organizational success.

Responsibilities
