What you will do As an Engagement Manager, Enterprise Application Integration, you will report to the Practice Manager of Enterprise Application Integration and be responsible for playing a critical role in supporting the continuous improvement of the products and services we provide to our clients. Client stakeholders and other consultants on the team will look up to you for technical leadership and systems architecture advisory based on your extensive Enterprise Application Integration NetSuite and business systems transformation experience. Be proactive and serve as the Client's advocate during engagements Hands on design, development, deployment and maintenance of integration processes between applications across cloud and/or on premise using Dell Boomi platform or Celigo Platform Act as subject matter expert and key contributor to service transition and service delivery for accounts assigned to the team Lead technical discovery and requirements gathering workshops Translate complex business requirements and processes into technical designs Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support technical requirements gathering and design Maximize team performance through an effective team approach that increases productivity and job satisfaction. Provide development team with EAI technical subject matter expertise and work with team (Architects, other Tech Leads and Systems Analysts) to ensure development activities are aligned with scope, schedule, priority and business objectives Manage engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, managing accounts receivable, defining deliverable content, and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client. Mentor, develop, and proactively support practice capabilities per market demand Support recruiting and onboarding of new employees and development of leaders
