The Email & Engagement Manager is responsible for executing lifecycle marketing programs that drive customer engagement, bookings, product adoption, and retention across GOLFTEC Enterprises’ global brands. This role focuses on building and managing automated email and SMS programs in HubSpot, supporting key moments throughout the customer lifecycle — from lead nurture and onboarding to retention and re-engagement. The Email & Engagement Manager works closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to translate strategic initiatives into well-executed campaigns and automated journeys. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating as a strong individual contributor responsible for delivering high-quality lifecycle communications at scale.
