Cognizant is hiring Engagement Partner to serve as the Experience Lead supporting one of Cognizant Moments most strategic enterprise clients in Minneapolis. Focus areas for this role include Experience Transformation Marketing and Content Operations Commerce Enablement Digital Platforms Data driven Personalization and Employee Experience. In this role, you will: · Lead Experience Strategy and Transformation · Serve as the Experience Lead shaping a cohesive experience vision across customer marketer employee and channel partner journeys. · Translate enterprise priorities such as growth efficiency compliance and scale into actionable experience roadmaps aligned to platforms data and operating models. · Ensure experience strategy is tightly connected to measurable business outcomes not standalone design or marketing initiatives. · Act as a Senior Trusted Advisor · Build and sustain executive level relationships across marketing digital data IT and business leadership. · Provide point of view leadership on experience transformation operating models governance and emerging best practices relevant to large matrixed enterprises. · Help leadership navigate tradeoffs across speed scale risk and innovation in a regulated global environment. · Drive Demand and Commercial Outcomes · Own experience led demand generation within the account identifying new buying centers and growth opportunities aligned to the company transformation agenda. · Shape and lead pursuits including problem framing solution architecture storytelling pricing and commercial structure. · Maintain accountability for revenue growth total contract value (TCV) and long term account expansion tied to experience transformation. · Orchestrate the Strategy Pod and Broader Delivery · Act as the integrator across strategy data platforms design and execution teams ensuring alignment between the strategy pod and downstream delivery pods. · Partner closely with Cognizant Consulting Data and AI Digital Engineering and Platform teams to assemble the right capabilities at the right time. · Ensure clarity of roles decision rights and handoffs across strategy assessment roadmap and execution phases. · Ensure Delivery Excellence · Provide senior oversight for key programs and initiatives. · Be accountable for client satisfaction delivery quality and the realization of agreed upon business value.
