About The Position

We are looking for your talent to help us invent the future of flight in the Future of Flight organization at GE Aerospace. Looking to impact aviation for years to come? Your work on RISE technologies, including our open fan architecture, will usher in a new era of propulsion technology for next-generation aircraft and pave the way for a more sustainable future. This position is for an Evendale-based component engineer on a fluids system (fuel, oil, pneumatic, etc). You will be responsible for defining and managing component requirements that pertain to supplier-designed fluids hardware, starting from initial concept through design, development, and validation and culminating in a product vision. Examples of this hardware include pumps, filters, heat exchangers, hydraulic-actuated air valves, and electro-hydraulic servo valves. The position requires you to execute system and component analyses, coordinate within a multi-disciplinary team, integrate the system with the engine and airframe, and validate the design through testing.
