We are looking for motivated engineers to support disciplines across Pratt & Whitney as part of our Engineering Development Program (EDP) focused on the areas of Product Safety, Certification & Validation (PSCV), and of Development Operations (DO).

  • Working on tasks related to commercial engines, military engines or both depending on business need.
  • Planning, assembly, and testing of commercial and military development engines.
  • Ensuring engines meet customer, quality and safety requirements.
  • Compiling relevant requirements and coordinating instrumentation and assembly of necessary hardware and support equipment.
  • Conducting specified test objectives and recording relevant data in support of validation and certification.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical, Computer, or Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Computer Science, Data Science or related fields.
  • Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA.
  • Internship experience with Pratt & Whitney, RTX, or within the aerospace industry.
  • Experience collaborating with a team to develop innovative ideas.
  • Experience communicating clear and effective messages to a broad audience.
