About The Position

Engineer II, Process. Holland, MI. Optimize productivity and sustainability of EV lithium-ion polymer battery production. Ensure stable mass production quality based on technical understanding of process and equipment. Analyze productivity, yield, and OEE of assigned processes. Troubleshoot machines. Analyze quality issues. Create SOPs to improve production processes. Create process flow diagrams, control plans, and PFMEAs. Conduct internal and customer audits. Maintain worksite according to 5S3R standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Coursework in Electrical and Electronic Circuits, Data Analysis, Materials Design, Low Dimensional Electronics, Polymer Chemistry, and Mechanics for Material Science/Engineering
