Engineer V- Day Shift
About The Position
Implement routine maintenance and urgent repair works in accordance with sound engineering practices and occupational health and safety regulations. Closely monitor the effects of servicing and maintenance on their condition wherever possible. Ensure that all records of maintenance and testing are kept Minimum three years’ experience as a general building repair technician preferably involved in hospitality industry Must have knowledge in HVAC, Refrigeration and EPA licensed Worked in the Engineering or Facilities department in relation to general building maintenance Perform preventive maintenance of all mechanical equipment Circuit breaker reset Basic plumbing repairs Respond to Maximo WO’s Keep daily logs Support events Exemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision Exemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
