Requirements

  • An undergraduate student (sophomore, junior, senior), or a master’s / graduate student pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • Lean Manufacturing: Understanding of lean principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production processes.
  • Process & Component Design: Experience in designing and refining manufacturing processes and components to meet performance and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience in problem-solving and project management within a global adhesives manufacturing environment
  • Participate in process design and development to improve operational efficiency
  • Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis of manufacturing challenges
  • Support the implementation of engineering projects from concept to execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Learn and apply industry best practices in manufacturing and process optimization
