Job Description: Perform mechanical assembly and integration of test equipment with a high level of precision. Prepare materials for testing, including setup, execution, and documentation of final test procedures. Conduct RF testing on components and assemblies using advanced measurement equipment. Assemble components following engineering instructions, including soldering, wire bonding, and related fabrication tasks. Collaborate with engineers to support product characterization, verification, RMA analysis, and qualification testing. Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Provide clear, effective, and timely communication regarding task status, project progress, and issues encountered. Train, mentor, and guide junior technicians to support team skill development and workflow efficiency.
