We expect you to possess extensive knowledge relevant to your domain (i.e., software architecture, project management) and an impressive resolve to stay updated with industry trends and advancements. You should be proficient in React, GraphQL, Typescript, CSS, NextJS (or a similar framework), Webpack, NPM, and MobX (or similar framework) with a demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects with diverse teams by driving results, analytical problem solving, systems thinking, decision making, and active listening. More than just managing, we expect you to inspire your team. In this role, you will be addressing complex tasks, guiding your team through projects with ambiguous parameters, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. We do this by leveraging our platform from recommendations, skills guidance, and GenAI, to name a few. You would be instrumental in driving experiences that enable learners to achieve their goals and improve their lives through learning.
