Responsibilities

• Manages department personnel in repair and maintenance activities relating to the overall operation of the complex.
• Assists with the administration and coordination of construction and renovation projects as needed.
• Develops and implements formal preventative maintenance (PM) programs for the building systems.
• Develops inventory control practices and procedures, and develops cost saving methods of developing and maintaining par levels of equipment and supplies.
• Participates in selection, training, scheduling and equitable treatment of engineering employees.
• Ensures direct reports follow Family Style Service.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
