Your Role: The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the team of engineers and driving facilities improvements across multiple GMP manufacturing sites. Coordination of capital and infrastructure projects, budgeting for department and capital projects site wide, establishing and hosting critical service vendors/contractors, supporting applicable validation and compliance activities are among the key responsibilities of this role. This position requires direct customer contact during visits and meetings, as well as interactions with regulatory agency auditors/inspectors. This position works directly with management and other department leaders to drive site improvements and ensure compliance to quality and GMP standards. Who You Are: You possess strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams. You have in-depth knowledge of engineering principles and the ability to provide technical guidance. You have experience in budget management, including forecasting and controlling project expenditure. You have proven experience in project management, overseeing multiple complex projects simultaneously. You are skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication, effectively liaising with diverse teams and external partners. You are adept at problem solving and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or other related field.
  • 5+ years of work experience in manufacturing, engineering, or maintenance in an industrial setting.
