The Work In this Engineering Planner role, you will: Assist with Program/Team coordination and planning. Develop and maintain Team schedule. Provide support to Baseline Development Lead and Product Owner for various agile items. Maintain staffing profiles and organizational resource needs. Support equipment tracking and logistics. Track program Cost Account and provide financial reports. Who You Are You have a Bachelors Degree and at least 2 years of professional experience. You are interested in a career where you will work in a team environment to prepare and coordinate plans and schedules for new and existing programs. You are an effective communicator and have experience allocating resources to support daily tasking. Requirements

  • BS Degree from an accredited College
  • Minimum of 2 years professional experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tool suite
  • Experience managing staffing and resource allocations
  • Experience performing administrative duties including record keeping, data entry/analysis, and report generation
  • Effectively able to communicate with customers, stakeholders, and teammates.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and logistics.
  • Self-starter, able to follow direction but also anticipate gaps and needs, and resolve proactively.
  • Cost account management experience or related experience managing financials and/or payroll.
  • Experience leading or supporting larger teams of 8 or more.
  • Experience presenting to leadership.
  • Experience in data collection and analysis of performance metrics.
  • Ability to work under fluctuating schedules and firm deadlines.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
