About The Position

We are seeking an innovative Program Manager, to join our App Store Internal
Tools team. We work on internal tools to enable producers, editors, app
reviewers, business analysts, and support teams to deliver the best App Store
experience for our customers worldwide. You'll work with systems that impact
hundreds of millions of users, while still retaining close contact with our
day-to-day tool users. This position is responsible for facilitating the
development of new workflows and ongoing improvements to the production tools
within the App Store. You will lead all aspects of multiple concurrent projects
and features including scope, requirements, timelines, resource allocation
tracking, stakeholder management, communications, and risk assessments. You will
define business, functional, and reporting requirements, often writing them
yourself. Your role will be critical to improving how App Store features are
reviewed, built, and executed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program and/or project management experience involving complex server/client architecture.
• A track record of building products by driving collaboration across product, design, engineering, QA, Ops, and other key stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computing Discipline or equivalent industry experience.
