We are Lockheed Martin We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Project Engineer to lead and manage C130 new development and modernization efforts. You will function as part of the AMMM Project Engineering team responsible for delivering complex system development products and solutions. What You Will Be Doing As a Principal Project Engineer Manager your responsibilities will include: Be the technical leader solving new development opportunities or modernized solutions of an integrated and complex system/technical development from concept, through design, implementation, test, manufacturing/deployment and sustainment. Ensure alignment with Engineering and Technology strategy, business development, program architect, technical feasibility. Drive planning, technical performance measures, trade studies, risk evaluations, across all Engineering Teams to meet contract cost, schedule, and technical requirements. Lead and manage engineering teams to develop and refine technical solutions. Act as single voice and point of contact to program management and senior leadership. Provide timely and accurate insight to key program impacts or opportunities to the Program Manager. Develop innovative and scalable design approaches to maintain agility and flexibility. Complete all Earned Value Management assigned duties to include work authorization requests, estimate at complete reviews, schedule status, variance reporting, comprehensive estimates at complete, and proposal tasks.
