Stellar Solutions is seeking an Engineering Project Specialist (EPS) to provide operational, compliance, and project execution support across engineering programs. This role focuses on export compliance process execution and improvement, procurement and financial tracking, documentation management, and schedule maintenance to ensure engineering teams operate efficiently, compliantly, and without disruption. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable operating across multiple tools and stakeholders. This individual must be proactive, detail-driven, and capable of independently managing recurring operational responsibilities while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced engineering environment. In this role, the successful candidate will: xport Compliance & Process Management Drive continuous improvement of the Export Compliance (EC) process by analyzing existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimized, scalable solutions. Lead expansion and integration of export compliance processes across internal tools to ensure a standardized and sustainable compliance posture across engineering teams. Establish and maintain tracking mechanisms for all pending, approved, and denied Export Control Requests (ECRs), supporting audit readiness and visibility. Perform ongoing assessments of export compliance process functionality and sustainability, implementing adjustments as needed to maintain adherence to ITAR/EAR regulations. Procurement & Financial Tracking Drive continuous improvement of Purchase Request (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) submission and tracking processes, documenting standard procedures and updates within Confluence. Execute end-to-end PR and PO activities for critical engineering materials and services in compliance with procurement and financial policies. Serve as the primary point of contact for tracking outstanding PRs and POs, proactively resolving issues such as invoice discrepancies, vendor delays, or internal approval gaps to protect project schedules. Act as a trained delegate for procurement and financial approvals during manager Out-of-Office (OOO) periods to ensure continuity of operations. Documentation & Knowledge Management Develop, maintain, and publish clear, accurate, and accessible documentation for export compliance and operational processes within the Confluence knowledge base. Collaborate with compliance and engineering stakeholders to develop training materials that reinforce documented processes and support broader adoption. Schedule Management & Reporting Independently maintain and update assigned project schedules within the Wrike project management platform, ensuring task dependencies, durations, and milestones remain accurate. Generate and distribute schedule status reports highlighting critical path impacts, emerging risks, and resource conflicts for program stakeholders.
