About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our dynamic engineering team for the 2026-2027 Engineering Rotation Program. This 12-month program provides an excellent opportunity for students to apply their classroom knowledge to real-world projects while gaining hands-on experience in their field of study. The intern will work alongside experienced engineering and manufacturing associates and contribute to a variety of tasks, projects, and initiatives across different engineering disciplines: Applications Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Research & Development, and Quality.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Industrial, etc.). at an accredited institution.
• Ability to dedicate a minimum of 8 hours per week or an average of 40 hours per month.
• Good understanding of engineering principles and concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, SolidWorks, Creo, Python) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in the design, development, and testing of engineering projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
• Analyze data and perform calculations to support project development.
• Conduct research on new technologies, tools, or engineering trends.
• Assist with creating technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support the engineering team with quality control and process improvement tasks.
• Participate in prototype development, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Attend team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
• Help ensure project deadlines and milestones are met.
• Effectively communicate with colleagues at all levels.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
