Visit the Bagdad town website to learn more.What You Will DoUnder close supervision, you assist in providing technical advice and guidance for designated engineering projects and programs at the assigned site. You assist in the review, investigation and development of appropriate recommendations regarding assigned engineering projects. You participate on small to medium site construction, expansion or modification projects and administer contracts with vendors for the provision of services and equipment. You develop a working knowledge of local, state and federal regulations appropriate to the area of assignment and perform other duties as required.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED and 4 years of engineering experience
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline
Candidates may be required to pass a medical exam.
Candidates must pass all required training and/or testing.
Employees may be required to work a non-standard schedule, which may include shift work (other than day shift) at a 24/7, 365-day operation.

Experience with fixed plant maintenance outages.

Experience managing Contractors.
