About The Position

Has the ability to perform the following tasks, but not limited to these:
1. All phases of general maintenance work (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
2. Ability to communicate (oral and written).
3. Act as a security guard as needed.
4. Ability to lift heavy objects.
5. Ability to assume rotating shifts after initial orientation period.
6. Ability to take oral and written instruction.
7. Self-starter.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have Arkansas HPBL, or the ability to obtain
• Skilled knowledge of plumbing, electricity, construction (carpentry), pneumatics and HVAC equipment and systems
• Ability to read and interpret blue prints
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Ability to take oral and written instruction
• Self-starter

Nice To Haves

• Previous hospital experience preferred
