About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technician to join our New Product Development team in Palm Bay, FL. In this role, you will support product characterization and qualification activities for next‑generation devices. The position involves hands-on testing using Automated Test Equipment (ATE), with product handling performed either manually or through automated handlers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in production test environments, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and can effectively manage multiple priorities. Success in this role requires strong collaboration with both engineering and production teams, along with a desire to continue growing within a dynamic and supportive environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an engineering technician.
- Hands-on experience with electro‑mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
- Proficiency with common electrical diagnostic tools such as digital multimeters (DMMs) and oscilloscopes.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Motivation to learn, grow, and expand your skill set within a collaborative engineering environment.
