About The Position

AAA Landscape is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Enhancements Estimator to join our Enhancements team. Reporting to the Director of Client Services , this position supports the division in estimating and project management, contributing to the success of our landscaping and enhancement projects. As a core team member, you are expected to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude. We are committed to your professional growth through continuous training and progressive career development. This is an in-person office position Monday to Friday during regular business hours. Attire: Business Casual

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in estimating, project management, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of irrigation, drainage, soils, plants, tools, and equipment used in landscape and hardscape installation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to create professional documents and proposals.
• Must hold a valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Sage 300 (Timberline) is a plus.
• Knowledge of mapping tools/software and AI is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and detailed estimates for enhancement projects.
• Set up and track project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Utilize mapping tools and software to support the Division (training provided).
• Bill clients and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and analyze job reports to drive efficiency and improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to execute successful project outcomes.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
