Graduate students often come to this decision point with big questions—about timing, finances, vocation, faith, and fit. Your role is to walk alongside them, helping them make an informed and discerning choice about their next chapter. Through personalized outreach and meaningful one-to-one conversations, you’ll build authentic relationships with prospective students from first inquiry through enrollment. You’ll listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and provide clear guidance as students explore how Bethel’s Christ-centered graduate programs align with their professional goals, life circumstances, and sense of calling. This role sits at the intersection of student advocacy, academic partnership, and mission-driven enrollment work. You’ll collaborate closely with faculty, academic leaders, and campus partners to understand program requirements, timelines, and outcomes—ensuring each student receives accurate, transparent information and a high-touch admissions experience.
