The Enrollment Marketing Operations Manager will manage, coordinate, and execute all print-related enrollment marketing initiatives across various admissions departments and locations, including graduate, undergraduate, international, on-campus, USD-Sioux Falls, and online programs. This role is responsible for overseeing project management activities, maintaining the Click-Up system for workflow tracking, and managing all Slate-related enrollment marketing functions such as template development and journey implementation. Serving as the primary liaison with print vendors, the position ensures smooth communication and adherence to contractual agreements. Additionally, the role provides expert guidance on print projects and maintains up-to-date knowledge of mailing processes, procedures, and requirements to support effective and compliant enrollment marketing campaigns. The position will also support and serve other functions of enrollment marketing as needed to contribute to overall enrollment goals and initiatives.
