About The Position

Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls with prospective students
- Schedule and complete student interviews
- Provide accurate information on programs and enrollment steps
- Follow up with students through the enrollment process
- Maintain detailed records in the system
- Partner with internal teams to support student success
