About The Position
The Staff Pad has partnered with a hospital in Southern Illinois to recruit a Board -Certified/Board -Eligible Otolaryngologist to join an established and growing ENT service. This is a full -time, hospital -employed opportunity offering a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient care, strong clinical support, and a highly competitive compensation package.
Benefits
- Guaranteed first -year salary: $525,000
- Sign -on bonus: $36,000 -$50,000
- Quality bonus up to 2.5% tied to productivity
- Relocation allowance up to $15,000
