Requirements

  • 6+ years of closing experience in Sales with a proven track record
  • Ability to learn, pitch, and demonstrate a highly technical product
  • Experience closing complex deals within intricate organizational structures
  • Proficient in uncovering greenfield opportunities and building new territories
  • Experience building relationships and selling to C-level executives
  • Knowledge of leading software and a technical understanding of integrations, APIs, and analytics
  • Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions
  • Basic understanding of search infrastructure is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams including SEs, BDRs, PMs, and Engineers
  • Familiarity with target account selling, solution selling, and methodologies like MEDDIC and Challenger is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Source and close new logos within a given territory
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to identify executive sponsors and champions
  • Research customer business objectives to facilitate a value-driven sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure customer success
  • Consistently deliver ARR revenue targets through a metric-based approach
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline and drive opportunities
  • Provide timely and insightful feedback to other corporate functions
  • Create ROI and business justification reports using a data-driven approach
  • Run tight POCs based on business success criteria
